There are moments in life that quietly change everything.

Not because the world notices, but because something shifts deep within you.

For me, that moment happened today, the day my first tarot book arrived.

After months of writing, editing, designing pages, creating artwork, applying for an ISBN, and wondering if I could actually do this, a package arrived at my door.

Inside is the hardcover copy of Truth Tarot: A Return to Yourself.

As I opened the box and held the book in my hands, one thought kept repeating itself:

It’s real.

Not a file on my computer.

Not an unfinished idea.

Not a project waiting for the perfect moment.

A real book.

My book.

As I flipped through the pages, I noticed a few things I wanted to adjust, but none of that mattered in that moment. What mattered was realizing that I had done it.

This book became about much more than tarot.

It became a journey of self-trust, reflection, and perseverance. A reminder that meaningful things are often created one small step at a time.

As I sat with a coffee and a highlighter, (and a piece of chocolate!) reviewing my proof copy, I found myself feeling grateful—not only for the accomplishment itself, but for the path that led me here.

The challenges.

The setbacks.

The mistakes.

The moments when life asked me to begin again.

There were times when I could not have imagined writing a book. Looking back now, I can see that every experience helped shape the person who eventually sat down to write these pages.

In an unexpected way, holding my first published book felt like honoring every version of myself that came before it.

The woman who struggled.

The woman who made mistakes.

The woman who doubted herself.

The woman who healed.

The woman who kept going.

And the woman who finally held her dream in her hands.

This book is not the finish line.

It is a foundation.

A reminder that growth is possible, that dreams can become reality, and that sometimes the most meaningful journeys begin with simply taking the next step.

Today, I am grateful.

Grateful for the journey.

Grateful for the lessons.

And grateful for what comes next.

Because the journey continues.

And in many ways, I am only just beginning.
